Terms of use

These terms cover your use of ManyAgents, the Mac app and its iPhone companion, made by AILOGY LLC (“we”, “us”). By installing or using ManyAgents you agree to them. They are written to be read, so if anything is unclear, email us.

Trial

You can use ManyAgents free for 14 days without an account. After the trial, sending messages and starting new agents pause until you add a license. Reading, exporting and Settings keep working.

Your license

• One license is for one person. You may use it on any Macs you own or personally use.
• Your license file is personal to you. Don't share it, publish it or let other people use it. If you need licenses for a team, email us.
• You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or remove the licensing from the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
• We keep all rights in ManyAgents that these terms don't give you.

Agents act on your files

ManyAgents runs AI coding agents on your Mac through the Claude Code and Codex tools. Agents read, write and delete files, run commands and make changes with the permissions you grant them. By default they do this without asking each time. You are responsible for choosing what they can access, for reviewing their work before you rely on it or ship it, and for keeping backups and version control of anything that matters.

Third-party services

Agents use your own Anthropic, OpenAI and other accounts. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and any charges they make are between you and them. We are not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI.

Updates and the relay

We may release updates that change or remove features. The iPhone companion is a beta and its relay is provided as it is; we may change, limit or stop it.

No warranty

ManyAgents is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that it will be error-free, that agents will produce correct results, or that it will work with every version of the tools it drives.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, code, profits or business, arising from your use of ManyAgents or from anything an agent does. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for your license in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You can stop using ManyAgents at any time. If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use ManyAgents after a change means you accept the new terms.
